Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) has launched its ‘Infrastructure for London Manifesto’ ahead of this year’s Mayoral and Assembly elections in the capital. The report focuses on four key areas set out by ICE, which are: Strategy, Resilience, Skills and Delivery. Some of the recommendations in the manifesto include creating a regional London and South East Forum for politicians to agree over infrastructure issues and devising a 2050 climate change strategy for London.
