The Institution of Civil Engineers (ICE) fantastic “The River People Exhibition” has opened a vote to find the publics favourite image. The winning images will go on permanent display at ICEs headquarters at One Great George Street.
The exhibition offers an insight into how the infrastructure of the Thames impacts on both the enviroment and the people who use the waterway day to day. The exhibition is a reminder of how Engineering has come to shape our use of the river – from the Thames Barrier to Tower Bridge.
Matthew Joseph, from Wandsworth, is the photographer behind the exhibition.
