Durham University graduate Paul Chambers has been awarded the Emerging Engineers Award by the Institution of Civil Engineers. Paul, 22, received the award and a cash prize of £1,500 for his report examining temporary propping at London Paddington Station. He said, “I am incredibly proud to have won the Emerging Engineers Award, a result which was never expected at the outset of the research project.”
