The document included a limit on increases in global temperatures to a maximum of 2C, a pledge to raise $100bn (£65bn) in annual climate financing by 2020 and commitment to the recommended IPCC target of reducing GHG emissions at the upper end of a range of 40% to 70% by 2050.
