New report warns of PhD studentship culture

A new report, joint-published by Institute of Physics and Royal Astronomical Society, has warned that the culture around studying for a PhD must change in order to better prepare students for working life after a doctorate. The report also found that only 65% of women, compared to 72% of men, were happy about the way their studies were going.
