Black History Month have just published a fantastic interview with Bola Fatimilehin, Head of Diversity at Royal Academy of Engineering. Bola is responsible for the RAENG’s programme to increase diversity and inclusion both within itself, and across the engineering profession in general.

The interview focuses not just on the engineering skills crisis (engineering companies are projected to need 182,000 people with engineering skills each year to 2022) but on the lack of diversity in the science, technology, engineering and mathematics (STEM) in general.
